1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products returned within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on personalized items, final sale products, or items that have been opened or used.
For health and safety reasons, essential oils or supplements are non-refundable once the seal is broken.
3. Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued back to your original method of payment.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
If a replacement is needed for a defective item, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the new product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 609-469-1764 days** of receiving the item.
We may ask for photos or Effective Date: January 1st, 2025 of the damage to help resolve the issue quickly.
